The shipping seemed a little slow but, since this was not a factor that was easily controlled, I do not feel that it would be fair to lower my rating as a result. The item was exactly as described and works perfectly. Packaging was more than adequate for protection of the product. The seller was willing to negotiate on the price and even included a couple of free product samples. I would definitely be willing to purchase from this seller again in the future. I am excited about my item and this seller is great.
