Received the item as described. Was in perfect condition. However the USPS did their best to destroy the box and the contents. This is no reflection on you whatsoever. Unfortunately I may have to shop online elsewhere. A site that doesn’t not use the USPS as a delivery service. This was not an isolated event. It’s happened before. Thank you for the listing. Carole~
