Fast shipping and basically NWT! It's such a pretty skirt and I love the feel of the fabric! It truly is fabulous like you said. It goes with all my wardrobe layers as I hoped and I wore it today at work with a burnt orange tank and a chambray shirt and got lots of compliments :)
