The shorts arrived in a timely fashion and looked brand new. The seller was very responsive. I had a misunderstanding about the size and am unable to wear them. I took for granted the picture of the tag stating the size. The shorts undoubtedly run small and perhaps that comment by seller would have been more noticed by me than the measurements! It was my fault for not checking measurements! My bad!
