Purchased on a Friday, shipped on a Monday with solid packaging care! The item itself is gorgeous, feels genuine, and looks as shown/described! A bit smaller than what I imagined from the photo/hearing wristlet, as there was no measurements included, but still love it The free key ring included felt sticky when I took it out though, the little baggie it came in also had an odd chunk at the top ripped. Overall an experience I would do again.
