Nothing it was received in good condition very please strap is reinforced with a repositionible padded peice for ur comfort and to prevent cutting into skin while wearing. Makes for very comfortable wear as crossbody wear two zippered areas for to keep important objects from falling out for protection this is my first crossbody . I rather enjoyed this one and roomy .
