The shipping was prompt and the item appeared as expected, but it unfortunately already shows wear from one weekend of use. It is shedding the gold trim. It could just be the nature of the product but it is not holding up well. I have other Big Buddha bags but this one may have just been made a little different. Thanks for prompt response and shipment.
