Bag was packaged well and arrived right on schedule. Only comment for the seller would be that when you wash these types of bags, remove the cardboard insert at the bottom first. Fortunately, I removed the one from my existing purse to put in this one since my existing purse is all worn out anyway. Thanks for being a great seller
