Communication started slow (some don’t have notifications turned on so I just remained patient) Box was extremely damaged during shipping (not sellers fault) Very quick shipping/arrival though. Soles still had trash attached to boot (with a sticker/hair). Otherwise boot as described. Happy with the actual product and quickness to ship.
