Although there was a hiccup with the shipping the seller really went above and beyond in communication. It’s not about getting everything perfect all the time, it’s about how you handle the wrong rightly and getting a mutually satisfying result that matters. The item was clean, fresh, and I can’t wait to use once the colder weather comes in. Great seller!
