I wish there were more stars. The time she took to wrap the shoes INDIVIDUALLY and then place them in a well packed box, along with a personally handwritten notes was absolutely incredible! This is the type of service you expect buying Louis Vuitton or Christian Louboutin and not the pair of SpongeBob Vans I bought for my 80 year old Vietnam Vet friend. I am blown away at the artistry and professionalism. Obviously I will buy more in the future. An excellent experience!
