This whole experience was terrific. Not only did Gabriela have my package to me the day BEFORE I expected it, it came packed SUPER securely and with care, and also included a sweet little handwritten Thank You note... even after all of that, the icing on the cake was that the purse I had purchased "as a backup" was so beyond what I ever hoped for that it is now my absolute favorite and I'm *obsessed*.
