These boots are in perfect- NEW condition. They were shipped FAST & packaged well! Definitely earning the FIVE star rating. But ... My issue is that they are NOT a US size 1 They are a US size 2- they are a UK size 1. I should have asked for clarification prior to purchasing instead of assuming that the seller would list them in a US size as she is located in the US. Thankfully, my granddaughter will grow into them but wont be able to wear them for Valentines Day this year as intended when purchased :(
