Seller is friendly, easy to work with & easy to communicate without problems. There had been shipping delays, however seller informed me the weather was causing problems & delays in products being late in delivery. Seller voiced concern this would be reflected in the rating & I assured her I would not hold this against her and will put that in the rating. This are really beautiful shoes. The pattern is different than most shoes & they are really nice. They are in great shape/condition. The fit are in the full shoe 👞 not the clog this time. I’m very happy with my purchase and my experience the seller
