Compliments to Dawn for being an extremely responsive seller. She answered all my questions in such a friendly manner, making me feel very Lucky to have come across her closet. How many times have I waited and waited and waited for a seller to show any interest in moving a deal forward, much less getting me to that all-important YES!? Dawn exhibited the critical skills of “Great Salesmanship”. Bravo! And how’s this for speed: we closed the sale on Tuesday. The USPS box was delivered to me (in Hawaii) on Thursday morning.
