This seller deserves a 5-STAR rating for integrity. There was a small, almost undetectable flaw on one of the shoes that he noticed after our sale have been finalized. He could have very easily sent the shoes and I may have never noticed. Instead, he took a step that a few online sellers would’ve taken. He canceled the order, messaged me and asked if I still wanted them, despite the tear. He even discounted the shoes to compensate me for any inconvenience. The number one thing that people worry about when they are buying online is “CAN THE SELLER BE TRUSTED?” That is not something that you have to worry about here!!!
