Could not be more satisfied with the panniers as advertised; they exceed my expectations. The seller was immediate to send and responsible to sent purchased items in very well protected box and bubble-wrap. The condition of the saddlebags were advertised as in good shape - they are near new and unused. Thankful for this transaction. Jim G
