First, I want to say the packaging and gift insert was very lovely and professional. Second, I absolutely love the bag, it came in clean and pristine condition. Everything from the care instructions, dust bag, etc. was all there and in great condition. Jenn was fast and prompt with shipping the item, and a true blessing.
