Bracelet broke right out of the package, beads went flying everywhere never to be found again. Very upsetting to my daughter. Update: Seller responded quickly to pictures of broken product and is trying to get refund from Poshmark. I always except items when I receive them so the refund is up to Poshmark now. But seller is trying to make everything right. Wonderful response time and very understanding.
