cyndisuzy, although an absltly great purchase, i'm extremely disappointed w your packaging...please understand my point...once you accepted my offer, the hoodie was mine...yet you ROLLED & STUFFED it in the USPS envelope, instead of folding it neatly and shipping it in their lg box...there wasnt even room left for a cottonball! c'mon, there was no addl chg??
