Thoughtful and so kind! Could have just tossed it in a bag and shipped it like many others do… this was such a happy surprise to open!! When I opened the shipping packaging, my order was in a giftbox with a lovely thank you note and an extra fun card included I just love! My order is perfect condition, true to the photos, and made me tear up to actually hold, as this reminds me of my sweet old girl who’s no longer with us and I’ve been missing her a lot + wanting a cute little charm for my bag.
