It was dirty and stained on the inside with a stain outside bottom that was frustrating since it wasn't disclosed. But, I truly love this purse. Thank you. I scrubbed and spent over an hour cleaning it and it looks much better. Can't get all the stains out, unfortunately. Just wish you had disclosed all stains/damages so I would have been aware of it. Thank you
