The item is as described. Packaged very nicely. The shipping however, leaves a lot to be desired. USPS dropped the ball on this one. I wanted to use this for an event, and allowed one week lead time and didn’t arrive on time. It shouldn’t have taken 12 days from 2 states away. NOT the sellers fault.
