This bag went on such an adventure (Purolator nearly lost the bag). Before I even knew something was wrong I had a message saying she was contacting Purolator and tracking it down and had opened a ticket. She followed through, updating me along the way, and the bag finally arrived. It is stunning, exactly as described, and I absolutely love it. I’m going to follow this account and will 10/10 be making future purchases again because this was such a great experience!
