The shoes are great. The mugs were well packaged - each in a separate bubble wrap envelope. Problem: one chipped, another handle broken off and the 3rd smashed - clearly Canada Post mishandled. Dropped box? I want you to be paid so accept order. Did let Poshmark know. In future, when shipping a breakable item, write on outside of box "FRAGILE" and "This side up"
