I remember wanting to buy this dress at Urban Outfitters circa 2008 (or around then) and never did. I’ve always regretted it UNTIL NOW! it’s in beautiful condition and the seller communicated a small delay in shipping. Would buy from them again and I am so happy with the purchase!
