Sorry, this item is not an extra large. It is more like a medium but service was great. I will have to re-posh it or give it away. So sorry about that because I liked it a lot! sad customer. Update, thank you so much for offering to take it back and refunding. I decided to give it away as a gift but the offer it was a nice gesture. Thanks.
