It is brand new with tags, but I didn't look closely enough at the info! It showed up under my search for Christopher & Banks clothing, which is all I normally buy because I know what sizes will fit me. This small seems more like a medium. It is a pretty sweater and seems to be good quality, so I gave it 5 stars, but I'm not sure if I will keep it or not.
