My order was shipped quickly and the item arrived new with the tag still attached. I appreciate that the cardigan was sealed inside a plastic bag within the shipping bag instead of just thrown right in the shipping bag. It’s quite a bit more lavender in real life than the grayish purple shown in the pictures (so some additional pictures in different lighting could have been helpful in the listing), but it’s not really a big issue for me. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. The price was also very reasonable.
