I just got my beautiful ZARA bag and I LOVE IT! I contacted the seller before buying about size and heft since I’d be traveling with it and she was WONDERFUL about answering questions and trying to help me. She stayed in touch throughout the packing and delivery process and when I got my package - it was clear she’d gone to great lengths to keep my item safe during transport.
