Seller was prompt in getting item in the mail to be shipped and she also included a brief handwritten note thanking me for my purchase (nobody writes handwritten notes anymore ~ Very Nice Touch!). This hat was a limited edition when it came out and is hard to come by. Bought it to replace an old one, so happy I found one NWT!
