Working on a resolution re: below There was a pair of pajama pants/leggings in this order that were not the ones pictured, Instead of the striped pants pictured, I received a pair of Saturday Sunday grey pant/leggings that were kind of a waffle knit. I tried to report this to Poshmark the day after I received the order (when I had the chance to carefully look at the items) but they replied saying the funds had already been released to the seller. So, even though Poshmark says the buyer has 72 hours from the time they receive the item to report a problem it appears they were not interested in making things right. I’m thinking that the incorrect pants were accidentally switched and sent to me, this has happened before and it’s not a big deal, usually I just send the incorrect item on and then I he correct item is sent to me, however since Poshmark is not being responsive in this case I’m not sure what to do but if the pants I ordered are still available I would like them and would send the incorrect pair back. Thanks in advance.
