This seller had good communication. The shipping was slightly delayed but because I knew about it, it was totally fine. There was a small tear in the dress that wasn't in the description or picture but it's easy to fix. They were very accommodating about the unknown tear and worked to rectify the issue very quickly. All and all a very good experience.
