Hi-this dress was hemmed-thank goodness not cut but just folded up. Also had lines throughout the bottom-looks like where the fabric might have been folded. I have seen this before with lululemon leggings. Not sure if these lines will come out with dry cleaning or hand washing- Keeping the dress just because of the good price. Hopefully letting the hem out and taking it to a specialty cleaner will fix issues
