Poshmark hadn't taken down the picture of one of the ties that I thought I was buying. Michael (I think) wrote a handwritten note (unusual and appreciated these days) explaining the issue and that he had enclosed two ties free of charge to make the error right. The ties he picked were quite nice and I was complimented on the one I wore today! I have no reservations about doing business with him again and urge others to do the same.
