Items arrived just as described and in great condition but there may have been some cat hair which I am allergic to. I should have asked ahead of time. I did have an allergic reaction even on my skin so I had to wash the shoe to hopefully get rid of the allergens. I did appreciate the thank you card that was enclosed!
