I would be very cautious buying from this seller. I purchased an item listed as new with tags, but when I received it, one side of the label was damaged and hanging. I reached out to the seller to notify her, since I had a family emergency and had to travel out of state, which prevented me from opening a claim within the three day window, but she completely ignored me. Since this was a gift, I had to order a replacement cos I could not give a defective item. Despite extending the courtesy of informing her about the situation, I received no response. I would be wary of purchasing from this seller, as my experience suggests they are not trustworthy or responsive.
