Hi Christine! The gorgeous Chico's striped b&w top arrived today, and I absolutely love it! I could tell it would fit from the photos, even though you'd posted the bust as 14". I could tell the ruler was placed very high on the chest, but I was able to estimate the actual bust. In case another buyer asks you for the bust, just measure from pit seam to pit seam...it's the most accurate. The top fits me perfectly! Thank you for keeping it in mint condition, and shipping so quickly! I also appreciate the generous pricing very much! Cheers, Lu :)
