Very cool TRUE vintage skirt, probably 1950’s or 60’s era. The finishing inside tells you that its a real vintage piece in that there’s no overlock at all inside.

Thank you for the beautiful carry on satchel. I plan on using as my purse. I think it will be ok. They let me take a backpack in adding to my 22” carry on. It will fit under the seat too. It’s lovely.
