Item does have a small hole in the mesh on the back where the strap connects to the dress - right side. It looks as though it is from the weight of the dress hanging on the shoulder straps alone & the other support hanging straps weren't being utilized. Overall, the dress is gorgeous & I am very happy with it. Shipping was very fast.
