Hi, This comes to inform you that my item arrived today. Thank you for checking on the status and trying to keep me informed. The item is beautiful but a little disappointed by the gift box being warped in a couple of spots due to moisture from all the rain and fog. This is not your fault but USPS. I am very disappointed that they lacked poorly on updating the tracking of my parcel. It took 18 days to arrive which is unbelievable and unacceptable!
