Very high marks for this posher -- she noticed a flaw in the shoe as she prepared to ship it out, brought it to my attention, sent multiple pics, and offered to cancel the order. The flaw was minor and exactly what I would expect in a used condition heel, and still she went the extra mile to be sure I was aware of it and still willing to purchase it.
