Despite a horrible shipping error (not seller's fault), she followed up with me and Poshmark to straighten things out. Provided ongoing communication and a positive attitude (very easy to work with). Items eventually arrived and were as described and photographed. Great seller all around and would have zero hesitation in purchasing from her in the future...all PM sellers should be so easy to work with and professional in dealing with a shipper's negligence.
