The necklace is perfect! Absolutely beautiful, exactly what I was looking for and for an amazing price since most people are selling them for $50-$60. But there was an issue with the shipping. I was told she personally shipped the necklace Thurs morning. When Friday rolled around and it still wasn't registering as shipped she again said she shipped it the day before. Then Sat rolled around and I asked her to contact the post office because it STILL wasn't showing as shipped. She then told me her mother was supposed to ship it but never did. I was a bit annoyed being as she told me she herself shipped it. I don't appreciate being lied to. There's no reason for it. I'm a reasonable person. She could've just said she was out of town and her mom forgot to ship it instead of lying to me and saying she shipped it herself only to have to tell me days after she never did. Simple as that. I would've understood. So as far as the communication and shipping time goes I give it 2 stars. But since PM only shows the feedback with 5 stars I had to put 5 star. As I said, the necklace itself was perfect but the experience was terrible. So over all I feel it deserves no more than 2 stars.
