Item arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, I opened one of the lobster claws and it immediately broke into three pieces. I blame the designer and lobster claw manufacturer and not this reseller. I had another necklace from this designer and it broke at the clasp upon arrival also. I won’t be buying anymore Melania Clara jewelry at this point, at least not with clasps.
