Text from seller was a nice touch. Item was immediately shipped with boots individually packaged in bubble wrap and secured in box. Boots run small. Luckily, my true shoe size is 6.5. I like the extra toe room I get with a size 7 especially when a higher heel is involved. These boots are a perfect fit for me. I love them. Thank you. Happy Holidays!
