This bag was in pristine condition and Caitlin was great to work with! She was very responsive and I got my package super quick! I'm super happy with it! I will say I was a little surprised by the color - maybe it was the flash but the pictures looks hot/bright pink and the bag is a darker pink. Regardless, I'm still happy with it and it's more of a lesson for me to be more aware.
