Absolutely wonderful!! This shipped very quickly, and arrived fast. It said it was delivered before it was, but that is nobody's fault. It was packaged well, and the wrapping was exquisite! My necklace came in a wee bag and the pendant and chain were wrapped in the most beautiful piece of cloth. The pendant is just as described, and it took me a minute to figure out how to open it. The tiny piece on the bottom actually screws in and out!! It is amazing and so secure! We had friendly communication and I am grateful for the wonderful deal I was given. Thank you so much for giving me the chance to be your customer. I couldn't have asked for s better experience! (=
