I recently returned from a trip and was pleasantly surprised to find that the purse arrived exactly as described and in pristine condition. However, I would suggest shipping it in a box instead of a shipping envelope. The shipping envelope was split in half and covered with a lot of tape from USPS. Fortunately, the purse was not damaged during transit. I would absolutely recommend this seller and would purchase from them again
