I received the heels I purchased and a strap was missing. Immediately messaged the seller who was not aware the strap was not attached. She found it left in her closet and mailed it to me just in time for the event.

Purse exactly as stated. Received at great price. Shipping could use some work but all in all was fine.

The item was shipped very quickly and came as described. I wouldn’t have described it as a shoulder bag because the strap was too long and made it a crossbody bag but everything else was great!
